Cancellation Policy

All appointments are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of the 48 hour window, you will not be charged. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment start time, you are liable for the full session cost. If you are using insurance to fund sessions, please note that we cannot bill insurance for any cancellations within 48 hours, or non-attendance, therefore you remain solely liable for this charge.
